As promised, the iPhone 7 can survive water. To test it, I dunked it in the sink, a bowl and a Finding Dory kiddy pool. I let a hose run over it for a few minutes, too, and spilled (cold) coffee on top. I handle medications and have to know what they are used for and educate my patients on them before I administer them and I do detailed assessments on all of my assigned patients. I work on night shift and we do not have any doctors in our unit at night and have to rely on the ER doctor for critical emergencies. I constantly monitor vital signs and if a patient’s BP drops I am allowed to make interventions without a doctor to bring their BP up and sometimes I have to resort to levophed as a lifesaver drug for patient’s who are about to code without intervention.

Perhaps it would be better if governments forced all companies to accept these constraints. But, again, if just one country decided not to do this, its companies would have a monumental advantage over every other country’s companies. Any government might want to do this as it would give a boost to the economy, which is always good for attracting votes, and would also mean the government would raise more money with tax.
